Always be recruiting. If you take nothing else from me, this is one thing that I hope you remember. Always be recruiting. It’s vital to the success of your plumbing business. 

In this episode, Jessica Giambrone with ApplicantPro, joins us to discuss recruiting good plumbers and what those plumbers are looking for in an employer.

[11:55] It’s definitely harder to get applicants in the skills trade industry. Especially during the pandemic.
